1. What Roam is

Roam (operated by Roam 365 Inc., "we", "us") sells self-guided audio experiences delivered through the Roam mobile app. Purchases unlock digital content; venue admission, food, transport, and physical services are not included unless an experience page says otherwise.

2. Accounts

You can browse and buy without an account. Creating one (email sign-in link) saves your purchases so they survive a lost or new phone. You are responsible for access to your email address; we sign you in through it.

3. Purchases, codes, and access

Purchases are one-time unlocks for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. Redemption codes are single-use. Access begins when you tap Start and follows the access window shown on the experience page. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

4. Refunds

If you have not started an experience, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@roam365.ai from the address used at checkout. Started experiences are reviewed case-by-case. Purchases made through app stores or partners follow that channel's refund process; refunded purchases lose access.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute, record, or publicly perform the audio content; do not misuse reviews (spam, harassment, personal data); do not attempt to bypass purchase or moderation systems. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

6. User content (reviews)

Reviews you submit may be shown publicly with your display name. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display them. We may hide content that is reported or violates these terms. You can report any review from the app.

7. Safety and the real world

Experiences take place in public spaces. Stay aware of traffic and surroundings, follow local laws and venue rules, and use the app only where it is safe to do so. Content is provided for general information and entertainment.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be re-presented for acceptance in the app. Questions: support@roam365.ai. Governing law: the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
