1. What we collect

Account: your email address. Purchases: transaction records from our payment providers (we never see full card numbers). Usage: device identifiers, product interactions, and approximate location while you use location features. Reviews and questions you submit.

2. Location

Location is used only while you use the app, to keep your guide in step with where you are on a tour and to show nearby experiences. We do not sell your location or track you in the background.

3. How we use data

To deliver purchases and tours, send sign-in links and purchase emails, answer support questions, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

4. Sharing

Service providers under contract (payments, email delivery, cloud hosting, AI answering for tours and support). Partners you bought through (e.g. a tour marketplace) for order fulfillment. Authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Profile -> Delete account) or by emailing support@roam365.ai; we erase your account and personal data, keeping only anonymized transaction records required for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data, and to object to processing. Email support@roam365.ai and we will honor applicable requests.

7. Children

Roam is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
